One request. Replies and evidence together.
Less piecing things together
A material certificate answers a different question from a supplier declaration. Bring the documents together with the request and record what your team still needs from the supplier.
Use clear product descriptions in the request so the response can be matched to the materials and parts you asked about.
Collect the declaration and supporting evidence in the same case. Your team assesses which question each document answers.
Keep open questions and the eventual decision together, even when purchasing and export work on the case at different times.
Know the material. Keep the evidence in context.
From the first request to the recorded decision. How it fits your work
Choose the relevant products and period. Precise descriptions give the request a clear reference.
Keep the reply and supporting documents together. Missing information stays an open question, not an assumed yes.
Your team assesses the declaration, clarifies questions and records the decision alongside its evidence.
An illustrative workflow example
A supplier sends a material certificate for a profile. The requested supplier declaration has not yet arrived.
The certificate stays with the case as context. Your team follows up on the outstanding declaration and decides after reviewing the reply.
An illustration, not a customer case study.
Before you begin
What UrsprungWert supports. And what stays your decision.

No. UrsprungWert organises requests, documents and decisions. It does not analyse material composition or independently establish the physical origin of goods.
No. You can manage suppliers, products and requests directly in the web interface. Import is an optional starting aid, not a prerequisite for the workflow.
Yes. In the planned pricing model, the plan does not cap the number of imported records. Use in requests counts towards the relevant allowances. Technical file and processing limits still apply.
The supplier is responsible for its statements. Your team assesses the response and decides whether to accept it. UrsprungWert organises this process and does not independently confirm the physical origin of goods.
Access is currently restricted to invited teams. There are no plan charges during beta and no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
Plans based on suppliers used are planned, including a permanent free plan. Paid plans are not active yet. The separate pricing overview shows the current proposal.
The planned rule releases a slot after 30 days of explicit retirement once open work is resolved. Reactivation during the wait cancels the release. This pricing rule is not yet an active technical restriction in the beta.
