How the plans work after beta.
What does the beta cost?
Use is free during beta. Access is currently by invitation. The plans on this page describe our offer after beta and are not available to purchase yet. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan. We will announce the end of beta in advance.
When does a supplier count towards a plan?
When the first declaration request is successfully issued or a new manual declaration workflow is finalized. Imports and drafts do not count. Further work with that supplier does not use another supplier slot. To replace a supplier, first resolve its open workflows, then confirm that you are ending its management. Its slot stays occupied for 30 days, with the release date shown. No new workflows can be started with it during that time; its history remains readable and exportable. Reactivation cancels the scheduled release. Removing or re-importing it does not shorten the wait. After release, you can use a new supplier without upgrading. Until then, you need a spare slot or an upgrade.
Why is there still a workflow allowance?
It protects processing capacity. A new request or declaration workflow counts once. Ordinary corrections, replacement versions, reminders and downloads do not count again. Usage covers the preceding twelve months, not the invoice year. We warn you before a limit is reached. There is no automatic extra bill; we review unusual capacity needs together. Admitted workflows and existing evidence remain protected.
Can I import more suppliers and products?
Yes. Every plan allows supplier and product imports without a plan-specific import count. Importing does not consume usage slots. Distinct suppliers and products count automatically when first used in a workflow; repeated use does not count twice. A supplier slot is released 30 days after its management is explicitly ended, not immediately when archived or removed. Disabling, archiving or removing products does not reset their counted usage. If an applicable limit is reached, using another new record requires available capacity or an upgrade. Free includes 500 distinct products used over the preceding twelve months. Paid plans have no plan-specific product count. Technical file, storage and processing limits apply to every plan.
How does cancellation work?
On monthly billing, cancel at any time before renewal and retain access until your paid month ends. No three-month notice, retrospective annual bill or fee for declaration workflows already used. With annual payment, turn off renewal at any time and use the service until the paid year ends. Ordinary cancellation does not promise a prorated refund of the annual price.
What happens to my data when I change plans?
Changing plans does not delete evidence. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period. Beforehand, we show whether suppliers, team and storage fit the new scope. Cancellation does not reset prior usage and does not trigger a special download hold for an exit fee.
