One request. Replies and evidence together.
Less piecing things together
A reply names a product family. Your request concerns specific variants. UrsprungWert keeps both together so your team can clarify the scope before accepting the declaration.
Select the relevant products with clear references. Give the request a scope your team can check later.
Collect responses and record open questions with the case. A missing article reference stays in view instead of a separate message.
Give purchasing and export the same request, documents and recorded decision when they assess the response.
A range full of variants. A clear reference for each request.
From the first request to the recorded decision. How it fits your work

Ask about unclear references, assess the reply and record the decision with the case.
An illustrative workflow example

The original product selection remains available. Your team clarifies the scope with the supplier and records its assessment.
An illustration, not a customer case study.
